On 18 October 2025, Nobl9 will update the designation of the accounts.nobl9.com domain.
All app.nobl9.com client applications - including the Nobl9 Agent, sloctl, Terraform Provider, Nobl9 SDK, and any custom solutions - use this domain today for authentication and will continue to do so.
A 15-minute maintenance window is planned. During this time, you may experience:
- brief service interruptions or transient UI errors when connecting to the Nobl9 API.
- up to 2 minutes of additional data processing latency.
As part of this change, we will also introduce a new domain for UI logins: login-eu.nobl9.com.
If your organization does not use SSO with Nobl9, and your firewalls or proxies are domain-based, please add this domain to your allowlists to ensure uninterrupted access.
We will send additional reminders before the update so you remain fully informed.
